Hungarian Society of Anti-Aging Medicine
Hungarian Society of Anti-Aging Medicine is a democratically self-governing non-profit social organization. The company was formed on 21th of April, 2010 by the Constituent Assembly.

The association was registered on 1st of July, 2010 by the Municipal Court. The association operates according to the laws applicable under the legal supervision of the Public Prosecutor. The financial control of the association is done by the competent authority of the Tax and Financial Control Office.
The aims and tasks of the Society
The anti-aging medicine is a multi-disciplinary medical branch based on medical science and medical technology which is directed to the early prevention, diagnosis and treatment of dysfunctions, deficiencies and diseases caused by age. The purpose of the medical association is the integration of the representatives of the various medical areas and the coordination of their work.
Tasks of the Society:
- development of professional protocols of anti-aging diagnosis, therapy and prevention for every- day practice,
- organization of scientific events for doctors and health professionals with the purpose of teaching and training,
- holding lectures for non-professionals,
- publication of specialized scientific and informative articles,
- cooperation with domestic and international professional associations, governmental, civil societies and business organizations.
According to the § 26 c) 1997th CLVI year Law about the charitable activities, the Society performs the followings: health maintenance, disease prevention, curative, rehabilitative health activities.
The Association does not rule out that other than its members can benefit from the services of public interest.
The Association's business activity is done for the attainment of public interest, not endangering it, the results achieved during its management are not divided but devoted to the activity defined in its constituent charter. The Association does not engage in direct political activity, its organization is independent from any political parties and does not provide financial help to those.
The Society's members
Members of the Association can be individuals, legal persons or unincorporated associations of these.

Full member of the Association can be any Hungarian citizen, legal entity, unincorporated organization, business association, who shall sign the registration form, accept the Association's charter and the obligations deriving from the membership. The Association's supporting members can be any natural person, legal entity, unincorporated organization, business association which pays the support to the Association according to the agreement entered with the Association and agrees with the goals of the Association.
Honorary member can be any natural person, legal entity, unincorporated organization, business association which is - by the judgement of the Association - out of its professional activity and the moral support of the Association worthy of it.
Registry and leave of the Association is voluntary, however, membership is gained by the Chairmanship's admission.
The membership shall be abolished by leave, cancellation or exclusion. The question of the admission is decided by the Presidency, cases of rejection shall be addressed to the General Assembly the result of which must be determined on the next general assembly.
